on r/mtf you get downvoted and your posts get removed whenever you talk or even hint about having dysphoria. it’s such an awful subreddit and no one who is actually mtf should use it
why is it always cıs and nonbinary people who think that they get to define what it means to be a binary trans person?
maybe im crazy but i think binary trans people know the best on what it means to be one.
blaming the entire trans community for something the men specifically have an issue with is in fact consciously including women in a conversation where we are not relevant.
complain about TRANS MEN not the entire TRANS COMMUNITY if your issue is with the men.
voice is the biggest thing when it comes to passing
if you have masculine features but have and extremely feminine voice, most people assume you’re a cıshon or something
if you have extremely feminine features but have a masculine voice, people will assume you’re trans/etc
“trans joy” is like the joy a cancer patient would get when they find out they’re able to get chemotherapy. it’s joy that you can finally (try to) treat an issue you have.
but the joy is only temporary and if you know that if you didn’t have cancer in the first place… (cont)
the worst part is that afaik r/mtf is like this because of 1 mod (the head mod) who is a nontransitioning bigender person, and will remove any mod who disagrees with him
maybe im crazy but r/mtf should be mean for mtfs….
everyone hates the 4chan trans for being the way they are, and I'm not going to say they're wrong for that necessarily, but in terms of overall damage the biggest reddit trans subreddits are worse
