    I am shocked and appalled by the violent, antisemitic riot that broke out at @HillcrestHSNYC earlier this week. A Jewish educator was targeted for her religious identity. This is unacceptable and we will never tolerate hate in Queens. Please see my full statement below:

    My position hasn't changed on Congestion Pricing - it's a bad deal for New Yorkers! I praised Governor Hochul's indefinite pause this summer but it's time to put a permanent end to this misguided program! New Yorkers are struggling and the last thing they need is another new tax.

    Today my Clean Bill of Adoptee Rights guaranteeing adoptees access to their original birth certificates passed the Assembly and will be delivered to the Governor. I thank Sen. Montgomery for sponsoring this bill in the Senate & helping to restore this crucial right.

    Today I spoke against #congestionpricing in #Manhattan. New York’s struggling middle class cannot afford another regressive tax in the form of a congestion tax. We need to penalize congestion makers and tax the wealthiest New Yorkers to fund the @MTA and reduce traffic.
