I can’t really describe how painful it is to have to report the loss of our beloved THUNDERING BLUE. He lived his Life like a warrior and fought his last battle bravely too. He will be remembered as the horse of a lifetime and a great friend. We LOVE you forever. @KimJohnstone6

Today is a sad day for our team as our stable star Wonderful Tonight sustained a career ending injury. She has been fantastic from the first day I set my eyes on her to today showing tremendous courage, guts and determination. Thanks for all darling, you are truly Wonderful! ⭐️

This individual who got caught posing on top of a dead horse isn’t a disgrace to Racing, he is merely a disgrace. Disgrace to himself, his entourage and more generally the Human race. It is irrelevant he is a racehorse trainer, I find him to be more rightly an insult to Humanity.
Here is the actual statement from Gordon Elliott

Absolutely over the moon to win our first Group 1 race today with Danceteria. Thanks to all our owners, staff, jockeys and our fantastic horses to make our dreams come true. Having started with next to nothing 5 years ago, to reach Gr 1 glory in 5 years and a small team is magic!

This was the message @patjsmullen sent me 2 years ago to the day after Thundering Blue won the @swehorseracing Stockholm Cup. I’d like to believe Pat has picked up a great ride up there.

Migration is now retired, we have to think about the great times we’ve had with him especially Glorious @goodwood, @doncaster and @yorkracecourse . He came back to the crime scene of last year’s exploit today for his final β€œlap of honour”. Thank you Migration for the amazing

I’ve known plenty of horses pulling out with 4 shoes coming back from the gallops with only 3 but never known a horse to come back with 5 shoes... This is exactly what happened to one of my fillies this very morning! Unbelievable! πŸ€”πŸ€”πŸ€”

Caius Chorister has decided her career was over last night @RacingDubai She’s been such a legend for all involved starting her handicapping career off 53 and managing to take it to a high of 109 with a Gr3 win and several places at Lr, Gr3 and Gr2 levels. She rubbed her little

Mixed feelings, total elation with G1 placed Ottilien, total devastation with Munch’s loss. Really proud to have been part of Munch’s Life, she was a bubbly little filly, always full of enthusiasm. She will be dearly missed by all connections. We all loved you very much 😘

What’s the need of being vile about it!?! This is not criticism, it’s sheer nastiness. You don’t like Kieran Shoemark, fine but you don’t have to bash him publicly. Imagine members of the public bashing you publicly about a job you have failed to succeed, how would you like it?
    Replying to @Champ20n5 @DavidMenuisier and 2 others
The legend has managed to lose 2 classics in 8 days.. thats stuff of legend make no mistake. Will never be repeated !.

Very proud of #ThunderingBlue in the Japan Cup today at Tokyo racecourse. Ground was far too quick to his liking, worked well on it 2 days ago but dried out dramatically since. Despite, was trying his best to the line. He’s a trooper and will redeem himself in 2019. We LOVE him!

In the UK, they water overnight. In France, no limits, they even water during racing. @nickluck
