Proud that @kkariko did much of her trailblazing research as a full-time @PennNSG faculty member, and that she remains an adjunct faculty member in our department to this day.

- Last endoscopic transsphenoidal of the day on Monday was my final #pituitarytumor @BCMNeurosurgery. Patient went home next day w/ tumor out & improved vision. Been there a thousand times, but this felt special. @AliJalaliMDPhD is superb-will take over as I move to @PennMedicine
