    CASTING ALERT. This one is for a Greetings Card Company. £2000 for TVRs worth £5400. We pushed back and discovered the company casting had a £5k budget but were ‘creaming off’ 60% of the voiceover fee. How utterly shocking. #notcool #equity @EquityAudio

    RE VOICEOVER RATES: We have just lost yet another job because a competitor voice agency is selling a full online rights in perpetuity license for £1500 (all in). I am astounded at the shortsightedness of this and the continual damage it causes for the industry. #voiceover
