    Today, amidst all the cases, two COVID positive pregnant woman gave birth (1 girl, 1 boy) at COVID hospital, Rourkela! COVID hospitals give life too! Congratulations to all the doctors and staff who courageously worked on the CS operation. @HFWOdisha @IPR_Odisha @CMO_Odisha

    ରାଉରକେଲାସ୍ଥିତ ଇସ୍ପାତ ଜେନେରାଲ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ଷମ ହେଲା ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଓଡିଶାର ପ୍ରଥମ କୋଭିଡ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କେନ୍ଦ୍ର। ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭିକ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ଗୋଟିଏ ଦିନରେ 60 ଟି ସାମ୍ପଲ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରାଯାଇପାରିବ। ଆଜି ସଂଗ୍ରହ କରାଯାଇଥିବା ନମୁନାଗୁଡିକର ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରାଯାଇଛି। @CMO_Odisha @HFWOdisha @airnewsalerts @SecyChief

    The third COVID-19 hospital in Odisha is operational at Rourkela in Sundargarh Dist. The hospital has 200 beds with facilities like isolation ward, ventilator support and ICU. Treatment, Food & Accommodation is free for patients. Toll-free Helpline Number is 1800 345 7106

    The government of Odisha has today initiated 3rd dedicated and isolated COVID-19 hospital at Hitech medical campus, Rourkela. This 200 bedded COVID hospital includes isolation wards, ventilator support and ICU.

    Looking into the possible impact of cyclone Yaas,over 5,000 people from Nuagaon, Kuarmunda,Bisra,Lathikata, Lahunipara, Koira & Gurundia blocks have been evacuated to safe places by the administration.Provision has been made to serve cooked food to them.@PMOIndia @CMO_Odisha

    Happy to inform the National Medical Commission has approved 100 MBBS seats for Govt Medical College Sundargarh, under Sambalpur University. So, the medical college will now be functional thus fulfilling the State Govt’s vision of promoting medical education in the tribal region.
