A spike in heart rate or blood pressure due to heat would have easily been enough to cause a fainting spell, and once water is in the lungs it can be very difficult to recover if you are on your own. I hope he didn't suffer.

The love of my life was named Erica. Since her death fourteen years ago, I've had more Ericas in my life since anytime before. Her memory is a constant loving presence. ❤️

In veterinary work, I've held too many tiny bodies since starting back in '93. Puppies and kittens with only a few weeks in the world. Only my fellow staff and their rescuers knew they existed. But they lived, and I remember them. Life calls to life. ❤️ 🐶 😸 ❤️

Pity he never read the original vox populi quote: “And those people should not be listened to who keep saying the voice of the people is the voice of God, since the riotousness of the crowd is always close to insanity.” Probably in the TL:DR category for him.

I would have died at birth without medical intervention, as would my mom. These people can fling themselves into the sun.

You will go down in history as someone like this. You are just a sad angry relic.

At 58, I was very very fortunate to have a support network and find housing several months after losing my old place to a fraudulent roommate. Especially with two cats, now three with a new kitten. There is a long way to fall, and I know friends who have.

I am 57 (soon to be 58) and pronouns are in no way difficult to handle. They just want to be rude and thoughtless. Even with the current veterinary workload I can manage basic manners, which these are.

I was working at a previous veterinary clinic during the worst grief experience of my life. Repeatedly, sick and injured animal patients made gestures of comfort or reassurance to me during that time. They knew to be compassionate, despite being of different species. I believe.❤️

The man literally plowed money into satellites to help protect refugee areas, among many other things. He is one of the good ones.

If this is on Reddit, which it sounds like, I hope he is being told he is a rapist. Which he is.
