- Please take a moment and send your prayers out to Kennedy High School and the family of Emmanuel “Manny” Antwi.Manny collapsed Friday night during Kennedy’s game against Johnson.Manny, passed away sometime Friday night at the hospital. Manny was a 18 year old, senior lineman. 🙏🏾
- So let's address the elephant in the room. High School Football is not College Football. A Varsity HS player, at any level (D 1-7) rushing for 2,000 yards or getting 5 INT's in a season is a huge accomplishment. We have to stop minimizing the achievements of these young men. 🧵

- I think this is ridiculous and an exercise in "Classism" by lawmakers. It's an attempt to keep children from low economic communities, especially those of color, from using football as the catalyst to elevate their lives to a higher level. This is not about head injuries.
