    So many emotions are flowing right now. I am beyond grateful, blessed, and humbled to be the next Varsity coach at AA Skyline. Dreams become a reality with hard work and dedication. Thank you to our AD for this opportunity. I’m excited to get to work. Go Eagles! @Skyline_Eagles

    Back in March 2020 as I was turning 33yrs old in April 2020, I had a lot going on physically and mentally and reached my peak of 247Lbs. My πŸ€ playing weight was 200/205Lbs Change needed to happen, by July 2020 I lost 50Lbs and have kept it off going on 5 months now. #Grind

    I’m 6’4 and on March 1st I got up to 245lbs, as of today June 12th I lost 35lbs and I reached my goal of getting back to my πŸ€ playing weight of 210lbs #FeelingGood #FitnessJourney

    Back in Feb/March I was dealing with a lot of things mentally and personally and got so far out of shape 6’4 and got up to 245lbs (3/1/20).. had to make changes, as of today (5/13/20) I’m down 23lbs to 222lbs.. 10 more to go to reach goal of 212lbs #SelfCare

    I pride myself on my character as a coach and more importantly as a person. They have been trying to get rid of us for a few years now, we have 1 bad season and they found their in to do so. All the support from players, parents, and other coaches means and says a lot. Thank you!
