    Caller to @Emmabarnett on BBC 5live just now. He & wife developed COVID symptoms weeks back, called 111 told was explicitly NOT to travel to family Called 111 again yday angry because of Cummings row & 111 say they stand by that & to ignore Cummings interpretation of the rules.
