🌧 Wild weather today! Train 534 came across downed trees east of Richmond causing a derailment. Thankfully, no reported injuries for riders/crew and train equipment has minimal damage. We'll have delays tonight as we try to get service back to normal. Stay safe, everyone!

Thrilled that at @CapitolCorridor Board we unanimously approved business plan that restores pre-pandemic service! Currently there are 24 weekday Sacramento-Oakland trains. Next year there will be 30. Increasing service will make riding more convenient and grow ridership.
