- Grapevine: Interstate 5 over Grapevine now CLOSED due to snow. No ETO
- GRAPEVINE: I-5 is now CLOSED in both directions due to inclement weather. Closure on Southbound I-5 at Grapevine Road, northbound closure near State Route 138. No ETO at this time.
- GRAPEVINE: I-5 is now CLOSED in both directions due to continued snow accumulation combined with multiple collisions. No ETO at this time.
- Interstate 5: CHP currently escorting traffic over Grapevine due to snow.
- Grapevine: Interstate 5 over the Grapevine NOW CLOSED due to heavy snow and high winds over the summit. No ETO @CaltransDist7 @CHPFortTejon
- Gorman/Grapevine: Southbound Interstate 5 at Gorman CLOSED due to grass fire 🔥 Expect delays. @CaltransDist7 @CHPFortTejon
- Grapevine: CHP currently escorting traffic over the peak. Drive with care.
- GRAPEVINE: Heavy traffic back-up on Northbound I-5 near Grapevine due to a big rig collision with debris across all lanes. Expect delays through the area, traffic back-up is currently at 6 miles and growing.
- Grapevine as of 6am 12/30/21: NOW CLOSED due to heavy snow over the summit. Will reopen when weather subsides, no ETO @CaltransDist7 @CHPFortTejon
- GRAPEVINE: We have received reports of snow over the Grapevine and CHP has begun pacing operations. Please be sure to follow the lead CHP vehicle and be mindful of roadway speeds in the area.
- KERN RIVER CANYON: State Route 178 CLOSED due to rock slide in the Kern River Canyon. No ETO, Caltrans in route to access damage and determine removal from slide.
- GRAPEVINE: Interstate 5 over the Grapevine pass is now CLOSED, per CHP, due to heavy snowfall. Priority will be to assist vehicles already on the pass to the other side, followed by clearing the roadway for continued use as soon as possible. No ETO at this time.
