My aunt died a couple of hours ago. Her kids were with her, and her best friend, and everyone else had had enough time to visit or write. For years, she was the recorded voice of British Telecom (no residuals, as she often remarked) -

- Replying to @brollbennyI always do. My parents, and everyone of their generation in England, make endless cups of tea for workmen/women. In fact, strong Indian tea is also known as "Builders' Tea". I tend to offer cold water, juice, energy drinks - including, btw, to our letter carriers.
