A dystopia if you can keep it.

- I went Libertarian in '95 because Bush Sr. left the NRA and I was pissed about it (dumb). Voted Libertarian up to and including 2016 (guilty). Even marched with the Tea Party in 2009 in Albuquerque (stupid). I got played like a chump and I admit it. See? That's not very hard.

- Don't declare war and then ask for unity.
- When I joined the Army in '87 I figured I was going to fight Russians. Never once did I ever think so many Americans would so willingly collaborate with them. Some of you are practically wearing Russian uniforms right now, like good little useful idiots / domestic enemies.
- History will remember the GOP as the modern era Know-nothing Party; a collection of traitors, grifters, treason-enablers, and cowards. Domestic enemies, every goddamn one of them. May history piss on them.

- "I used to save lives and now I feed birds" was what my ex said to me one day, after I found her sobbing by one of our bird-feeders. She'd been a trauma flight nurse in the Army before being medically retired due to RPG injuries. Kind of sums up transition to civilian life.
- Replying to @MikePerryavatar..I lobby my state reps. I'm supporting marginalized groups in my area (the homeless and the incarcerated). I'm finding everyone I can that's pushing back against the dystopia and lending what assistance I can. Humanity is at a crossroads and this is full-court press time.
