- Had so much fun exploring the 33rd Council District, biking with CM @LincolnRestler. We also visited the #BrooklynPromenade. Such a beautiful district. 🚲
- First time speaker. On-time budget. Majority new Council. Most diverse body in the history of the Council. Historic wins on oversight powers secured. Secured 90% of Council priorities. Transparent and inclusive process. Wish someone would tell that story. #WomenLead
- I was in awe of what a transit rich district could look like when I visited @cmcrystalhudson’s district. But, what wasn’t lost on me was that even in communities that have trains, buses, bicycles and all, we must invest in our open streets and infrastructure. (1/2)

- Today, my district experienced a gut-wrenching tragedy. The loss of Waleed, a 14 year old, who died on the shores of Rockaway Beach. Hearing the mom cry out today continues to ring with me. Please join me in praying for this family during this difficult time. 🙏🏾
- Had such a great time with CM @RitaJosephNYC touring the 40th district in #Brooklyn. We looked at bike lanes, potential ways for buses to go faster, and infrastructure goals. (1/2)
