    Prince George’s County currently has 9 divers and 2 boats from our Police Dive Unit in the Patapsco River aiding with search & rescue around the site of the Francis Scott Key Bridge collapse. We’ll continue to stand with our neighbors in Baltimore now and in the days ahead.

    NEWS: Due to a continued rise in COVID-19 metrics, all residents and visitors over the age of five will be required to wear masks in all indoor public venues and businesses in Prince George’s County, even if they are fully vaccinated, beginning Sunday, August 8 at 5:00 PM.

    We are shocked and deeply saddened by the sudden loss of Gerard Huet, the owner of Desserts by Gerard in Oxon Hill. This is such a huge loss, not just for the Oxon Hill community, but for all of Prince George’s.
