    Incredibly proud of these Al Pastor tacos, complex but also simple. One of my absolute favorite tacos we've ever made, maybe my overall favorite actually.

    When your mother in-law asks for birria tacos for her birthday dinner thats what she gets! We've been working on this recipe for awhile now and finally have it down! Incredibly happy with how these turned out!

    Bought a corned beef kit from Walmart just to see how it would turn out. Found out apparently once smoked that means its pastrami? 🤷‍♂️ Call it what you want I just know it was delicious! Brined for 5 days, smoked for around 14 hours at 225° until it was done! #chefskiss
