- Wednesday isn't Wednesday without loaded street corn! Come see us at 11!
- Wednesday's are better when you spend it with us! Loaded street corn and plenty of great barbecue will be waiting for you at 11!
- It’s actually happening! After almost a year, we finally did it! We will be OPEN at 415 N. High St this Friday 12-1-23 and Saturday 12-2-23 from 11am til sold out. With us being closed for more than 2 weeks, our resources are limited, so the menu will be short and simplified.
- The bologna is almost gone, but if you get here before then I strongly suggest you ask for a scoop of mac on top. Your move.
- Alright ETX tomorrow is our pop-up at @riverportbbq and we can't wait! Come see us in Jefferson from 11am-sellout! (See below for menu)
- Down to three briskets, one turkey breast, and pulled pork today! Currently no line and perfect weather, come see us!

- What's up everybody?! Just wanted to share a quick update. We have found a new location that we'll share with you soon. We should be able to let you know where maybe next week, just have a few more things to do before that happens.
- This Saturday we've got Al Pastor pork belly burnt ends and Mangonada spare ribs on special! We'll take some call in orders 8am-10am and the window opens at 11!
- After nearly a year of not having sausage we finally have our house sausage back on the menu! Grab it by the link or in a sandwich with brisket or pork! Open at 415 N High St Wednesday-Saturday 11am-3pm or sellout!
