    Please pray for Blake as he's in theatre, blakes bowel obstructed on Wednesday at 3am and his ileostomy stopped working so surgeons have taken him in to remove part of his bowel. He's a warrior but please send all positive vibes x

    When you have an ileostomy wear it with pride. Blake has 6 devices in his abdomen and each one serves its own purpose. Shit really does happen an no better man to tackle it than Blake. See the ability not the disability #ileostomy #shithappens

    IM HOME After 9 months, alot of scares, alot of new devices and different things going on we are home. As parents we have alot to consider and think of the future but for now it's home and much needed family time together. Thank you all so so so much for the support xxx

    So on Wednesday after 22 months in hospital (14 in the royal) our boy walked out to go home. We cannot even begin to thank the Royal for giving us our boy back and never giving up or doubting him @NHSuk @BelfastTrust A very long road ahead but for now hes home and hes happy xx

    Our boy is stable and leaving the ICU to return to his ward, we are so so grateful for every well wish and prayer and ask you continue to think of him in his recovery. Time to get better before ice hockey season starts xxxx

    HES HOME yes home lol. No holding this boy down. 28th pneumonia in his wee life and hes kicking its ass. Itll take 4weeks for lung consolidation to properly clear but hes stable on room air and fit enough to be home. A million thanks to every single person. #warrior @Adam27Keefe
