They didn't even bother rewrapping or strapping it back in the way they found it.

- Replying to @TSAAs stated earlier, we had too many other valuable laptops in our carry on. This was the 25th laptop from our @GirlsWhoHack laptops that did not fit in the pelican case. This is a less valuable laptop used for teaching cyber security to primarily underprivileged youth.
- Replying to @BiaSciLabThis was the 25th laptop for the DCNextGen classes, cases only hold 24 total We already had 3 laptops, an iPad and a remarkable in our carry on.
- Replying to @AskTSAI understand that, I just wish it had been repacked properly, then it wouldn't have broken.

- Replying to @MTGOFerret and @TSAI have a friend that does this with some super old gun. It's just a metal plate with the SN on it, screwed to the top of the case. We'll likely do this in the future if we have to pack a laptop this way.

- Replying to @_mariangot and @TSAThey are trained to spot batteries on the scanner. Instead, they opened the luggage tore everything apart and did not re-pack it properly leading it to get damaged.
