    ⚾️2021 AL Wild Card Game across ESPN & ESPN2 delivered 7.7 million viewers, making it the most-watched MLB game on ESPN platforms since 1998 (Nielsen). ⚾️ESPN won the night across all of television and it was ESPN's most-streamed MLB event ever.

    👏🏻What @Rachel__Nichols has done tonight is incredible. Five hours, several different sets of analysts, making sense of and providing context to the plethora of news and information (mostly supplied by @wojespn which is incredible in its own right) while staying razor sharp. 💪

    🙏Two years ago I lost my hero. Despite the indescribable void, my family and I will never forget the support and love we’ve received since. I promise he was an even better Dad than writer, and I can’t wait to help induct him into the @BaseballHall in Cooperstown this summer.

    🏀 ESPN's exclusive telecast of last night's #Lakers v #Warriors NBA Play-In game drew an average audience of 5,618,000 viewers, peaking w/ 6,149,000 viewers from 12:30-1am ET. It was the most-watched NBA game on ESPN since the 2019 Western Finals & up 190% v 2020 Play-In on ABC.

    Thank you to the @RedSox, @BostonGlobe, @espn, @NESN and so many for the touching tributes and sentiments shared today. My Dad loved covering the Boston Red Sox and Major League Baseball every day. He loved being at Fenway Park. Wasn’t the same without him there.

    🏀Last night's viewership for #NBAFinals Game 5 on ABC was up compared to Game 5 between the Warriors and Celtics last year, according to Nielsen. 📺ABC averaged 13,084,000 viewers (up from 13,016,000), peaking with 17,883,000 viewers in the final minutes of the broadcast.
