    Congrats to Dr. Tornetta and his co authors for receiving the @otatrauma Bovill Research Award! The authors found that definite flap coverage within 48 hours of definitive fixation reduces deep infection rates. @JofOrthoTrauma @AAOS1

    Our PGY-3 Resident Thomas Seaver presented @otatrauma on over 700 calcaneus fractures and found that the Sinus Tarsi approach showed much lower deep infection rates than the extended lateral approach. @JofOrthoTrauma @AOFAS @FootAnkleSurg @The_BMC @BUMedicine
