- Some guy man, glad we met via merging charity work and having several conversations back in May about potential opportunities and things which need to be discussed. Keep going young man, you've got such a great head on your shoulders for a man of your age💙Day 3 of training for my marathon for mental health. First rest day for ocer two months- strange but nice to spend time with family and go for a walk. Mental health isn’t just being upset/ scared, it goes so much deeper than that. No matter how low you feel, it will get better!
