The date went well!! Was very nervous and probably shouldn’t have posted about it on socials haha but blown away by the support, thank you! Would never had thought even a few months ago I’d have the confidence never mind the right mental health to go on a date. We keep battling,

This is so weird doing a “date update” but had hundreds of messages and a few people come up to me asking about an update so I thought id put one last thing about it all. Gutted but with the distance of where we live and one or two logistic things a relationship just wouldn’t

MARATHON COMPLETED 🫡 Today I completed something that 5 months ago I would never of thought possible. 42.2km (26.2 miles), my first ever marathon completed and have raised £23,800 pounds for mind charity. Did I cry, yeah about 40 times but to run with over 100 people with many

Just gone to the hospital for my quarterly checkup. My diabetes has nearly cleared, fatty liver has gone completely, lost 10KG in weight and my sugar levels are normal for the first time in years. Genuinely so grateful for the support and motivation YOU have given me. Mental❤️

First time under 100KG in over 3.5 years. On 19th march 2024 I weighed in at 145.6KG/23 stone. Today I stepped on the scales and now at 99.15Kg/15 stone. Since I began the fitness journey my main goal was to get back into double figures and feel more comfortable in my clothes.
