    I spoke with Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed's Foreign Press Secretary Billene Seyoum for nearly an hour last night; both audio and video versions are coming. We talked mostly about Ethiopia's potential and that made me furious at my own government for trying to crush it. #NoMore

    All the calls for an " immediate cessation of hostilities" in Ethiopia are calls for #Ethiopia to stop short of victory. The "international community" wasn't crying for it when the TPLF was advancing on Addis and the US gov was urging US citizens to flee. #DisarmTPLF

    The Ethiopian Human Rights Commission & UN Commission on Human Rights concluded that there's no evidence of genocide or use of food as a weapon by the Ethiopian gov. Those findings undermine the worst and most-oft repeated propaganda about Ethiopia for the past year. #NoMore

    There's been a lot of back and forth here about whether or not Eritrean troops are currently inside Ethiopia's borders, but that's beside the point. Either way, #Eritrea & #Ethiopia are fully within their sovereign rights to work together to defeat #TPLF . #DisarmTPLF

    After the #NoMore rally in San Francisco, a young gentleman working the door at a downtown hotel opened & closed a car door for me. I said "Thanks, how kind; I'm not even a guest at the hotel." He smiled, pointed at the Eritrean flag I was carrying & said, "That's my country." ❤️

    C'mon, Western press. Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed never claimed to be a pacifist. He called war hell and negotiated peace with Eritrea, but he never promised to surrender to a treasonous force within the national army. #NoMore
