    My father served in Kenyan security forces for 40 yrs - at senior levels. My sis first police woman in northern Kenya. As a family we as Kenyan as anyone can get. Yet my daughter is struggling to get an ID. "Bring your grandfather's birth certificate". The vetting is unending.
