Like a trans woman wrote a sci fi story riffing on fascist jokes about us and the attempts by govts to incorporate us into military-industrial society and it was really good and everyone else forced her back into the closet at gunpoint and now we'll never know who she even was.

I wish ppl were more aware of this, but yeah this is easily the most common form of transphobia on the left. all trans ppl (esp women) are considered ontologically white and middle class+ and transition is cast as a western luxury. This is genuinely going to get us all killed.
