I’m officially an EMMY award winning meteorologist! The Southeast chapter of The National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences gave me the award for the Weather Talent category. I can’t express how honored I am to be holding this beautiful (and surprisingly heavy) trophy.

Some good news, Marco has officially dissipated. The rain is scattered over the southeast, but there is nothing left by the former storm's center. #WLTXwx

WOW, I can LITERALLY see clouds of pollen coming off the pine trees today. Everything is covered in green, even the sky. I've personally never seen this much pollen! #SCwx #Spring @StormHour #Nature

Goodbye winter nights! We're gaining about 15 min of total daylight each week. In ONLY 5 weeks it will still be light at 7 PM! Are you ready for it? ☀️ #NYwx #NYCwx #LongIsland

I have a pit in my stomach watching this storm. Even 125 miles from Tampa’s radar site, you can still see the entire eye wall on radar reflectivity. There is no doubt this storm is on it’s way toward category 4 strength in the next few hours.
