    Even at Step 7 you can implement Positional Play. Create overloads, be patient, provide width and adapt to where the ball is. Blessed to work with such good young hungry footballers @MSReserves 😍 @Keepitonthedeck @TheBuildupPlay @GrimandiTweetss

    This has got to be the funniest reason I’ve ever seen for a player missing training. Btw, this lad doesn’t miss a training session/game and if he ever does he lets me know well in advance. He’s a good kid, but this has finished me 🤣🤣🤣

    I can’t believe people keep saying Odegaard showed a captains performance 😭 He literally turned up from the 88th minute. Only Saka/Martinelli/White/Gabriel can really say they held their own on Friday

    So after 3 years, we finally get to finish a season. Can’t explain how proud I am of my boys. Out of our most used 23 players, the average age was - 18.7. We scored the most goals in the league (116), conceded the least (34) and had the best home record. All achievements these…

    We lost one of my Baba Ji’s (Grandad) tonight. Someone who built the Hayer name up from nothing. A real top man. He went peacefully. Massive Arsenal fan and always cared about my football. Can’t help but think he was looking over us all tonight. Will miss you Baba Ji, rest easy❤️
