    Marcelo Bielsa rejected the Everton first team job because he didn't think he could make a significant impact in time to turn things around. Instead, he offered to coach the U21's for the remainder of the season. Nowadays, you have to respect a man who puts football first!

    Beyond the rondo or quality touches listen to Milner! Experienced pro demanding standards! "keep playing"...."run them into the ground" Milner absolutley determined a standard is maintained. Characters like this are curicial in winning environments.

    Legendary Sir Alex Ferguson on Failure. Weak characters or pretenders can hide and get away with things when things are going well. They'll be exposed when things don't go well, and a dressing room without enough character/winners will soon fall apart when faced with failure.
