About Us

Who We Are UTSU | Who we are The University of Toronto Students’ Union is the official student government for more than 41,000 students at the University of Toronto’s St. George Campus.

We offer services such as student aid, your health and dental plan, clubs funding, annual tax clinics, and more. We advocate for you by lobbying the government and university, organizing public education campaigns, and supporting student-led initiatives. We organize major events for students, including fall and winter orientation programming, Unity Ball, and more.

Who We Are Financial Assistance Financial Assistance We know that being a student comes with financial barriers, and the UTSU is here to help. We offer a newly-expanded Student Aid Program, with seven different grants and bursaries designed to help you balance your expenses.

We also offer our Dollars for Daycare program, designed to help student parents get through university, free codes for Top Hat to reduce your microtransaction fees, and Tax Clinics, with volunteers who help you submit your taxes for free.

The hub is staffed by current students and recent grads who are experts in UTSU and U of T St George campus resources.
