  1. First, open your new Union Bank account by applying online at oao.ublocal.com, or by stopping at one of our local branch locations.
  2. Download, print, complete and mail any necessary forms. Follow the Switch Kit Checklist & Forms document to track both the forms completed and your progress.
  3. Once you verify that all checks, card transactions, and scheduled direct deposits and/payments have been switched to your new Union Bank account, you may close the account at your old financial institution.
