1For Overdraft Privilege consideration, your account is in “good standing” if you: (1) deposit sufficient funds to bring your account to a positive end-of-day balance at least once every 30 calendar days (this includes the payment of all bank fees and charges); (2) avoid excessive overdrafts suggesting the use of Overdraft Privilege as a continuing line of credit; and (3) there are no legal orders, levies or liens against your accounts. Note: Even if we do not ask you for payment, you must repay us, no later than 30 calendar days after the creation of the overdraft.
2We may refuse to pay an overdraft item at any time even though we may have previously paid overdrafts for you. For example, we typically do not pay overdraft items if any of your accounts are not in good standing, if based upon our review of your account management, we determine that you are using Overdraft Privilege excessively or seem to be using Overdraft Privilege as a regular line of credit. An account is considered in good standing if you: (1) deposit sufficient funds to bring your account to a positive end-of-day balance at least once every 30 calendar days (this includes the payment of all bank fees and charges); (2) avoid excessive overdrafts suggesting the use of Overdraft Privilege as a continuing line of credit; and (3) there are no legal orders, levies or liens against your accounts.
3 Transactions that overdraw your account beyond your established Overdraft Privilege limit may result in checks or other transactions being returned to the payee. A Returned Transaction Fee** (currently $32) will be charged per transaction and assessed to your account. A Notice of Non-Sufficient Funds will be sent to notify you of transactions paid and/or returned.
**Returned Transaction Fee: If a transaction drafted by you (e.g. a check) or a transaction you set up (such as a preauthorized transfer) is presented for payment in an amount more than the amount of funds available in your account, and we decide not to pay the item or transaction, you agree that we can charge you a Returned Transaction Fee for returning the payment. Be aware that such an item/transaction may be presented multiple times and we do not monitor or control the number of times a transaction is presented for payment and may charge you a Returned Transaction Fee or Overdraft Fee (as applicable) each time a payment is presented if the funds available in your account are not sufficient to cover the payment.
