Warranty and Returns Terms

SolidRun provides warranty on its products as specified in the table below, starting from the date of shipment. For information regarding extended warranty options, please contact us.

If a hardware product is found to be defective during the applicable warranty period, your sole remedy and SolidRun’s sole liability shall be, at SolidRun’s sole discretion, to:

repair the defective hardware at no charge,
replace the defective hardware at no charge, or
refund the purchase price of the defective hardware.

Each party will bear its own shipping costs for returning goods and for shipping repaired or replacement goods. This warranty is void if the product has been altered, misused, abused, or damaged due to accident or improper handling.

The SolidRun global warranty is subject to change without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranty

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SOLIDRUN BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE CAUSED OR INCURRED DUE TO ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL SOLIDRUN BE LIABLE FOR ANY KIND OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES YOU MAY SUFFER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM THE USE OF ANY OF ITS PRODUCTS.

Limitation on Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL SOLIDRUN BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR EXPENSE SUFFERED OR INCURRED WITH RESPECT TO ANY DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL SOLIDRUN BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT YOU MAY SUFFER DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM USE OF ANY PRODUCT.

NCNR (Non‑Cancelable, Non‑Returnable) Terms

Certain products or orders may be designated as Non‑Cancelable, Non‑Returnable (NCNR). NCNR terms apply only when explicitly stated in a specific Purchase Order or in a separate written agreement between the parties.

NCNR classification applies solely to buyer‑initiated cancellations or returns.

It does not limit or affect SolidRun’s warranty obligations, nor does it apply to defective, non‑conforming, or incorrectly supplied products. Warranty claims remain fully valid regardless of NCNR status.

Return Policy (Non-Defective Items)

Returns of non‑defective items are permitted within fourteen (14) days from the date of receipt of the merchandise. After this period, all sales are considered final.

Shipping and handling charges are non‑refundable, and SolidRun is not responsible for shipping costs associated with returning merchandise. All returned items must be in their original packaging, in clean condition, and must include all factory‑supplied accessories. Merchandise that has been powered, programmed, or reprogrammed cannot be returned.
