On-site Check-in and Registration Desks

Express Check-in and Badge Printing

To reduce waiting lines at the registration desk, especially on the mornings of April 7 and April 8, we will offer Express Check-in.

If you print your badge in advance and bring it with you, you can use Express Check-in, where check-in is completed almost instantly by simply receiving your badge holder at the desk.

At the same time, regular check-in at the registration desk will continue as usual, so participants who prefer the traditional badge pickup process are also welcome. If you forget to print your badge, printing service will be available at the desk, although some waiting time may be expected. If you plan to attend the morning sessions, please try to arrive early, around 8:00 AM, when the venue opens and check-in starts.

Major convenience stores in Japan also provide printing services, so you can print your badge after arriving in Japan if needed.
