We got a reflux guard for our family member who had just received a lung transplant and needs to keep elevated to avoid reflux that could damage the new lungs. It has worked great! He says it’s very comfortable underneath the mattress, and you don’t slide down in bed. When it came it didn’t really stink like new memory foam can. It had some smell to it, but not nearly as much as other memory foam products I have tried. Overall he is very satisfied with the quality and efficacy of the product!

Additionally the staff at reflux guard gives great service! I needed to get it as quickly as possible, and I contacted them over their website. Next business day I got a phone call first thing in the morning and he read through the various shipping options for me and let me choose the best one for my needs. I ended up overnighting it, which required him to go out and make a special stop to get it shipped out in time, and he did it happily. He was very pleasant to talk to and very compassionate and understanding. He gave very prompt and helpful service and overall I’m very satisfied with the service I received!

Due to a large hiatal hernia, i had acid reflux when I laid on my back. In addition, I have severe obstructive sleep apnea, which prevented me from breathing properly when I was on my back. My ENT specialist recommended to elevate the upper part of my bed, but this was not possible with our king size, built in bed. Luckily, I found RefluxGuard on a Google search. I ordered the King size with the cover. The King size consists of 2 twin size wedges. We needed help with placing them under the mattress, but the RefluxGuard was a major improvement in the quality of my sleep. I did try CPAP mask before, but due to a surgery in my nose, the air from the mask would flow into my left eye, so my sleep specialist sent me for Mandibular Adjustment Device fitting. Sleeping with the dental device improved my sleep, but was very uncomfortable for me, and I abondoned it in about a year. I was very happy that someone invented this simple, but extremely useful device. It could be improved, by providing some kind of brackets that would prevent the mattress from sliding on the wedge, and maybe by offering a service for placing it under the mattress. The wedge pillows, that are placed on the top of the mattress, were not useful for me, because it felt that I will misalign my back. RefluxGuard goes under the mattress, and it gives a gentle elevation to the upper body, allowing me to sleep on my back.

I was hesitant to purchase this product as Anyone may be to some gimmick online! I have severe gerd and reflux, I was at my wits end , I rolled the dice I made the call a man named tommy Who I spoke to he. helped through the purchase my mind was put at ease, very friendly and very helpful was this gentleman! I was being choked in my sleep , reflux guard has made my life easier I no longer panic when I go to bed , it’s comfortable between the box spring or on top of your bed !
