We have been using Reflux guard for more than 2 years — not because of GERD, but because my husband had surgery for esophageal cancer and must now sleep with his head elevated. We ordered a Reflux Guard bed wedge (queen size, full length of bed) a couple of years ago and we LOVE it. My husband suffered from reflux nearly every night and also had breathing issues. We tried other solutions but they all caused problems for me as I like to sleep flat on my stomach. All of them all cause the top of the bed to be angled up

I could not be more pleased with this product. I am so pleased that the bed has the proper elevation at the head, sits well on my platform bed under the mattress. It is so much better than the lifts I was using before. The cover makes it easy to wash and maintain. Delivery was very fast and accommodating.
