Pranda’s Commitment to Sustainability

Message from the Chairman of Group Executive Committee Pranda Jewelry Public Company Limited

Pranda Jewelry Public Company Limited firmly believes that sustainability is not merely an operational framework, but a critical mechanism for risk management, enhancing competitiveness, and creating long-term value for the organization, shareholders, and all stakeholders. The Company has therefore integrated Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) principles into its corporate strategy, governance structure, and operations throughout the entire value chain — from sourcing and manufacturing to human resource management, as well as engagement with suppliers, customers, and communities.

The Company conducts its business under a transparent and accountable governance framework aligned with international best practices. Business decisions are made with careful consideration of economic, social, and environmental impacts, alongside systematic risk management to strengthen long-term stability and confidence. This commitment is reflected in the Company’s achievement of an “Excellent” CG Scoring rating in the 2025 Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies for the ninth consecutive year. In addition, the Company has continuously renewed its certification as a member of Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC), having implemented concrete anti-corruption measures since 2010.

Operationally, the Company adheres to internationally recognized standards to enhance efficiency, credibility, and accountability across the value chain. These include certification by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), which covers ethical business practices, respect for human rights and labor rights, and supply chain transparency in the jewelry industry. The Company is also certified under International Organization for Standardization standards ISO 9001, supporting effective quality management systems that consistently meet customer expectations, and ISO 14001, ensuring systematic environmental management and efficient resource utilization.

Furthermore, the Company aligns its operations with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), integrating them into its business strategy and value chain to deliver balanced outcomes across economic, social, and environmental dimensions.

Environmentally, the Company prioritizes continuous management of energy, water, waste, and greenhouse gas emissions through clearly defined targets, planning, monitoring, and systematic evaluation. These efforts aim to mitigate climate change impacts and promote efficient resource use. This commitment is demonstrated by the Company’s attainment of Level 3 Green Industry certification from Thailand’s Ministry of Industry and its ongoing participation in greenhouse gas reduction initiatives.

Socially, the Company recognizes people as the heart of sustainable business operations and firmly believes that its people are its most valuable asset since its establishment in 1973. It is committed to fostering a safe working environment, respecting human and labor rights, and continuously developing employee capabilities. The Company has also implemented a dual vocational education program in jewelry and gem studies for over 25 years, contributing to the development of skilled artisans and workforce capabilities for Thailand’s jewelry industry. In addition, the Company promotes career opportunities and empowerment for persons with disabilities. These efforts are reflected in the Company’s receipt of the 2025 National Outstanding Establishment Award in Labor Relations and Welfare, with its Bangkok headquarters receiving the award for 14 consecutive years and its Nakhon Ratchasima branch for 16 consecutive years — underscoring its sustained and tangible commitment to employee well-being and workplace standards.

The Company believes that continuously integrating ESG considerations into its business strategy and operations strengthens trust, mitigates long-term risks, and supports sustainable value creation for shareholders and stakeholders alike, while driving Pranda’s stable growth into the future.

Building upon this foundation of sustainable business practices, the Company recognizes that long-term success is rooted not only in systems and standards, but also in the values and inspiration that have shaped the organization over time. With deepest gratitude and reverence, we humbly express our heartfelt tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother, whose unwavering dedication to the potential, craftsmanship, and artistry of the Thai people — and her steadfast support for sustainable Thai handicrafts — has served as an enduring inspiration to the Company. Her vision continues to guide our commitment to preserving and advancing Thai jewelry craftsmanship, while conducting business responsibly, transparently, and with due regard for all stakeholders, to create shared and lasting value.
