Breakthrough in Miniaturised NIR Spectroscopy
We’ve achieved a significant leap in miniaturised NIR-spectroscopy through our Micro-Opto-Electro-Mechanical-System (MEMS) enabled technology. We re-engineered the Michelson interferometer, the gold standard in Fourier-transform-infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy, adapting it for seamless integration into MOEMS.
