Office Accessibility

At Napthens we aim to ensure all services are accessible to all clients. To do this we plan to achieve equality and diversity through a variety of procedures: 

Access 

Whilst each of our offices are wheelchair accessible, due to the variety of buildings we occupy this does vary both for clients and for our people. Please see access for each of these below:

• For all visitors, we have step free access at all sites. In the event of an emergency evacuation part of our Preston office has three steps that we would need to assist you with and Liverpool has an evacuation chair for use by our trained personnel.
• For our people, Kendal and Blackburn work spaces are wheelchair accessible. The office spaces in Southport and some of Preston are not accessible beyond the client areas. Liverpool, some of Preston and Lytham offices are accessible by lift. We have an evacuation chair and trained people in Liverpool and will be extending this out to other sites.
• Car parking facilities are available at each of our offices apart from Liverpool. There is a step-free uncovered route from the NCP car park beside our offices in Liverpool into the building.
• Home visits and visits to hospitals for our clients can be arranged upon request.

Language 

• Interpreters can be arranged upon request
