Choose the saving option as Gmail.

Now, Sign In using the Gmail credentials. (Use third-party app password for Gmail)

Here, You can select the given features like:

• Remove duplicate emails to remove the duplicate emails from the process on macOS.

• Free up server space to delete the emails after importing Gmail emails on Mac.

Check if Required:

• Skip previously migrated items to drop the earlier backed-up emails using MacSonik Yahoo Backup Tool.
• Migrate or backup emails without attachments file.
• Set a backup schedule to practice the incremental backup of Yahoo emails.

Now, select the Mail filter and Custom folder name:

• Mail Filter: For selective backup of emails.
• Custom folder name: To save the resultant files with a particular name.

Click on the option Path to save and select a location. Click on the Convert button to import Yahoo email to Gmail email client on macOS.

Here, You can pick your requirements either Start the migration early or Cancel all scheduled migration.

Choose the Office 365 webmail client as a saving option from the drop-down.

Click on Path to save and define the location. Click on the Convert button.

You have completed the process for exporting Yahoo emails to PST file format.

Select the MBOX file format as a saving option.

Check the feature Remove duplicate emails. It helps to remove identical emails.

• By default checked to Maintain folder hierarchy.
• Tick the option to free up server space for deleting the emails after the process.

You can opt for the feature Skip previously migrated item to drop the emails If earlier backed-up the emails using the Yahoo Backup tool for Mac.

• If you want to backup or export only emails, check the option Migrate or backup emails without attachments files.
• After that, select the feature Set backup schedule and fix the next backup.

Choose the Mail filter for a particular backup and Custom folder name to save the files with a particular name.

Tap to Path to save and select any location. Hit on the Convert button.
