Email backups allow you to create a backup of your Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Gmail, Outlook.com, and IMAP email accounts. Typically used for long-term storage (archiving), compliance, disaster recovery, and pre-migration snapshots.
Email file converters allow you to convert your email files from one format to another or export them to different clients. This is usually accomplished by retaining the folder and file structure of your old mailbox and saving them in another format.
