Steps to Use MacSonik PST Viewer Pro software to View and Read PST Files on MacOS.

Install and launch MacSonik PST Viewer Pro on your Mac device.

By default Select File/ Multiple Files is selected, you can also choose the Select Folder option. Click Next.

Tap the Select Files/Select Folder option to add the PST files to preview and convert. Press Open.

After selecting the desired PST file, Click Next to move forward.

A tree-structure mailbox will be displayed on your screen.

Select the mailbox item and preview content including its attachments. Tap Next.

Choose the PDF file format from the displayed Saves/Backup/Migrate As menu.

Some impressive features of the software are discussed below:-

• Remove Duplicate: Eliminate identical or similar data based on To, From, Subject, Bcc, and Body.
• Save in Same: This feature allows you to save the resultant file at the source place.
• Maintain Folder Hierarchy: With this feature, you can keep the original folder hierarchy intact.
• Choose either one of them.
  • Save attachments Separately: You can create separate folders for attachments.
  • Migrate or Backup Without Attachment file: Using this feature, you can migrate or backup emails only.
  • Convert Attachments to PDF Format: All the attachments will be saved in PDF format.

• Date filter: Using this feature, you can convert selective data by entering the start and end dates. Also, you can convert multiple date range data.
• Naming Convention: You can save the resultant files with specific formats.
• Custom Folder Name: Assign the desired name to your resultant file.

Tap the Path to Save option and enter the location for your resultant file.

Once you complete the above steps, press the Convert tab.

After following these steps, your PST file will be converted into PDF. Next, tap the Download Report to get the report of the conversion process. Or click the Convert Again tab for another conversion process.
