Brief Software Guide MacSonik PST Compress Tool

Download the MacSonik PST Compress Tool. Once downloaded, install and launch the software on your system.

Before proceeding, ensure that your PST file is healthy and not corrupted. Choose whether you want to add a Single File or Multiple Files/Folder, then click Next to continue.

Click Select File or Select Folder to browse the PST file(s) or Folder you want to compress. After that, select and click Open to load them into the software.

Now, you will see every PST File or Folder you have loaded. After that, click Next to move further.

From here, you will see a folder hierarchy that contains multiple folders and email items. Click the Preview button to view emails, then select the emails or folders you want to include in the compressed output. Click Next or move to the Next Step.

Select one of the available compression modes as per your requirement:

• Compress All Attachments in a new PST file.
• Remove All Attachments from the new PST file.
• Remove All Attachments in new PST File and save them in a separate folder.
• Remove All Attachments in new PST File and compress them in a separate folder.

Use the Remove Duplicate Mail On basis of filter to eliminate duplicate emails. You can filter duplicates using parameters like To, From, Subject, BCC, and Body.

Use the Date Range Filter to include or exclude emails within a specific period. Additionally, you can split the resulting PST file for better management.

Click on the Path to Save option and specify the location where you want the compressed PST file to be stored.

Once everything is set, click on the Start Compression button to initiate the process.

The tool will begin compressing your PST files as per your selected options.

After completion, the software will generate a detailed report of the compression process. You can click on the Download Report button to locally save it to your system for your reference.

Also, you can use the Convert Again button to restart the Compression process.
