Software Working Process

Next, all the selected PST files will be shown systematically. When you double-click on mailbox items, you can preview the entire content, including the attachments.
Convert PST File into MBOX
The File Format is clicked by default. So, choose the MBOX file format from the Saves/Backup/Migrate As menu.
In this software, you can find various features. Such as
- Remove duplicate mails: Remove identical or similar data based on To, From, Subject, Bcc, and Body.
- Save in the Same folder: This allows you to save your resultant file at the source folder.
- Maintain folder hierarchy: With this feature, you can maintain the hierarchy of the data.
- Migrate or back up emails without attachment files: You can restrict the attachments from the migration or backup.
Other than that, there are more features.
- Date Filter: Option to convert the file between the start and end date range. Also, add multiple date ranges.
- Custom Folder Name: You can name your resultant file as you want.
Once you're done, save the file path and press the Convert button to start the conversion from PST to MBOX.
Import PST File to Gmail
Follow the above steps from 1 to 6 to export PST files to Gmail.
Otherwise, you can opt for Modern Authentication and enter the correct Username. Press Sign In.
Now, select the features of the software.
- Remove duplicate mails: Remove identical or similar data based on To, From, Subject, Bcc, and Body.
- Maintain folder hierarchy: With this feature, you can maintain the hierarchy of the data.
- Migrate or back up emails without attachment files: You can restrict the attachments from the migration or backup.
- Skip Previous Migration: Skips the previously migrated emails from the mailbox.
Other than that, there are more features.

- Custom Folder Name: Allows you to name your resultant file as you want.
When you are done choosing the above features, click Convert to initiate the migration process.
