MacSonik OneNote Converter Tool

When you open the MacSonik OneNote Converter Software on your Mac machine, the below screen will be displayed.

Step 1

Install and run the MacSonik OneNote Converter Tool. Click Continue.

Step 2

Click the Select File/Select Folder option to add OneNote files to the tool.

Step 3

Select files from the system, click Open to add them, and click Next.

Step 4

Select the desired file format to save the OneNote file. Let’s say PDF.

Step 5

Here, we will discuss the additional features of the utility:

Convert One File without Attachment files: Use this to save only the email data from the selected file.
Date Filter: Use this feature to select specific data from OneNote files for conversion.
Custom Folder Name: Provide a unique name to the resultant file using this option.

Step 6

Click Path to Save to specify a destination to save the resultant PDF file.

Step 7

Lastly, tap the Convert button to start the OneNote to PDF conversion.

Step 8

Once the process is completed, you can check all the converted files.Further, choose either option:

Download Report: Opt for this feature to download the conversion report.
View: Using this button will navigate you to the saved file location.
Convert Again: This option will enable you to restart the conversion process.
