Steps to Use the MacSonik OLM Viewer Pro

Download and install the MacSonik OLM Viewer tool. Run it as an administrator.

In the given interface click Continue to proceed.

There are two options: Select Files or Select Folders. Click on Select File(s) to browse OLM files and press the Open button.

After selecting the files hit the Next button to proceed further.

Opt for PDF from the drop-down menu of Saves/Backup/Migrate As to save OLM files in PDF format.

There are additional features that you can select as per your requirement.

• It helps you to Remove Duplicate Mails.
  
  • Mails on the basis of different parameters like To, From, Subject, Bcc, and Body.
  • Calendars based on Subject(Title), Body(Note), Start Date and End Date.
  • And Contacts on the basis of Company Name, Department, First name, and Email Address.
• Select the Save Attachments Separately option if you want to save all your attachments in a separate folder.
• If you want to save your resultant file at the location of the source file then opt for the Save in Same(Source and Destination Folder are same) option.
• You can choose the Migrate or Backup Emails Without Attachment Files option.
• There is an option that will help you to Convert Attachments to PDF Format.

A few additional features such as

• You can filter your emails with the help of the Date Filter feature by entering the Start Date and End Date.
• The Custom Folder Name option allows you to customize the resultant file name.

Choose the Path to Save option to save your resultant file at the desired location.

Now click the Start Process button to start the conversion process.

After the completion of the process, a pop-up window will appear that says Process Has Completed. Click OK.

Now you can download your resultant file by clicking Download Report or you can start the conversion again by selecting the Convert Again button.

Select the PST option from the drop-down menu of Saves/Backup/Migrate As to save the OLM files to PST on Mac.

Choose the Path to Save option to save your resultant file at the desired location.

Click the Start Process button to start the conversion process.

After that a pop-up window will appear that says Process Has Completed. Click OK to continue.

Finally, you can download the resultant file with the help of Download Report and start the conversion again by pressing the Convert Again button.
