Opt for the File Format radio button in the Save/Backup/Migrate As field and expand the list. Choose PST as a saving format.

Apply different migration options provided, if required:

• Remove Duplicate Emails based on To, From, body, subject, and cc.
• Click on Migrate or Backup emails without attachment files to exclude attachments.
• Click on the Split Resultant PST File option to split an oversized PST file.
• Skip Previous Migration to eliminate files that were transferred previously.
• Choose the Date Filter feature to filter emails from a specific date range.
• Opt for Custom Folder Name to specify the name of the resultant PST file.

At last, click on the Convert button to start the file conversion.

Select the PDF format from the drop-down menu, as shown in the image.

Again, select filters and options for precise migration. Here, you get an additional option to save attachments separately in PDF format. Also, you can choose mentioned options as per your requirement.

After selecting migration options, choose Path to Save and tap Convert to begin the conversion process.

Choose the Email Client option in the Save/Backup/Migrate As field. Expand the drop-down menu and choose Gmail from the list.

Enter the Gmail login credentials and use the app password. Tap the Sign In button.

You can also login with Client Server and Client ID.

You can also use Login With Modern Authentication. Click on Sign In, and you will reach the browser page. There, you need to authenticate successfully. Once done, return to the tool.

Now, select the provided migration options such as Remove Duplicate Emails, migrate emails without attachments, date filter, and custom folder name, if required.

After that, click Convert to begin the Conversion process.

At last, tap the Download Report button to analyze the process details in CSV format.
