Detailed steps to convert MSG files to other file formats or email clients on a Mac:
You get two options: Single file/Multiple Files to select one or many MSG files, and the Select Folder option to select the entire folder. Click Next to proceed.
Now, the software will display the mailbox folder in a tree structure. You can preview the MSG file content and choose the necessary emails to migrate. Tap Next.
Opt for the File Format radio button in the Save/Backup/Migrate As field and expand the list. Choose PST as a saving format.
Apply different migration options provided, if required:
Again, select filters and options for precise migration. Here, you get an additional option to save attachments separately in PDF format. Also, you can choose mentioned options as per your requirement.
Choose the Email Client option in the Save/Backup/Migrate As field. Expand the drop-down menu and choose Gmail from the list.
You can also use Login With Modern Authentication. Click on Sign In, and you will reach the browser page. There, you need to authenticate successfully. Once done, return to the tool.
Now, select the provided migration options such as Remove Duplicate Emails, migrate emails without attachments, date filter, and custom folder name, if required.
