Software Guide: MacSonik IMAP Backup Tool

Begin by downloading the MacSonik IMAP Email Backup Tool and launching it on your Mac system.

Next, select the backup mode you want to use, either Single Mode for one account or Batch Mode for multiple accounts.

If you select Single Mode, enter your IMAP account login details and then click Login to continue.

If you go with Batch Mode, you can use the Import CSV option to load all account details at once. After that, click Next to proceed.

After the accounts are added, the tool begins loading your email data automatically.

Now, expand the folder tree, choose the emails or folders you want to back up, and click Next.

Next, select the file format or email client where you want to convert or move your data.

After that, set the Destination Path and Log Path where you want the files saved, then click Next.

If you select an email client, enter the required Exchange Server login details, click Login, and then proceed by clicking Next.

Next, apply the required filters or advanced options as needed, and then click Start Process to continue.

At this stage, the tool begins the conversion process. You can click Stop at any time if you need to pause or cancel the migration.

In the final step, the backup or migration process finishes. You can now click on Download Report to download the Report or on View to view the results of the conversion.
