    Launch the Migration Tool

    Install and open the MacSonik Google Drive Migration Tool on your system.

    Proceed to the Next Step

    Then, tap the Next tab from the displayed screen.

    Select Source Google Drive Account

    After that, select the Google Drive account from which you want to back up data. Hit OK.

    View Drive Content

    Thereafter, all the Google Drive files will appear in a tree-like structure, along with the account properties.

    Choose Data to Back Up

    Now, select the item from the left-hand side that you want to back up. Click Next.

    Apply Advanced Features

    Some advanced features of the Tool are discussed below:

    • Select Extensions of File(s): Users can use this feature to move different file extension data.
    • Select Date(s): When you apply this feature, you can easily convert/transfer selective date range data.
    • Allow Duplicate Files: This feature enables users to migrate data with identical files.
    • Free Up Server Space: Using this feature, users can delete data from the server after backup.

    Choose Backup Destination

    Now, choose Backup to Local Drive from the Select Destination Drive drop-down list. Tap Next.

    Set Backup Location

    After this, assign the location to save the backed-up data. Click Choose.

    Name Folder and Finalize Backup

    Afterwards, type the required folder name under Enter Folder Name and then hit OK -> Next.

    Download Files from Google Drive

    Subsequently, the process of saving Google Drive files to the local drive will be initiated automatically.
